&lt;p&gt;I was really shocked when I found out that my favorite sandwich that took 2 minutes to make contained 1/4 of my daily calorie intake; 500 calories! But by switching out the ingredients, it almost cuts the calorie intake in half and you can hardly tell by how it tastes!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Need to remember this! Unfortunately for me I love PB&amp;J!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just saying, white bread only has 70 calories per slice. Which would make the first one 440. Still a lot, but lower. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;…let’s be honest, there is &lt;strong&gt;no ‘fast’ answer&lt;/strong&gt; to anything, but I have to agree that &lt;strong&gt;lunges &lt;/strong&gt;really do make you feel the difference quite suddenly. I’ve always said that lunges are a girl’s best friend. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I’m redefining their suggestions as follows:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;always &lt;strong&gt;use hand weights&lt;/strong&gt; when you do your lunges.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;squat with hand weights or use the machines at the gym to &lt;strong&gt;add even more weight to your squats&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;speed intervals&lt;/strong&gt; will get your fitness level up, burn more fat and won’t take as much time out of your day.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;forget crunches&lt;/strong&gt;. I’d replace this suggestion with core stability exercises with a fitness ball.&lt;/li&gt;
