Lunges, Squats, Running & Stomach Crunches they say…
…let’s be honest, there is no ‘fast’ answer to anything, but I have to agree that lunges really do make you feel the difference quite suddenly. I’ve always said that lunges are a girl’s best friend.
I’m redefining their suggestions as follows:
- always use hand weights when you do your lunges.
- squat with hand weights or use the machines at the gym to add even more weight to your squats.
- speed intervals will get your fitness level up, burn more fat and won’t take as much time out of your day.
- forget crunches. I’d replace this suggestion with core stability exercises with a fitness ball.
